A community centered organisation
Bilal Education is a registered charity organisation (charity number 1138797) and provides various resources to our local swahili speaking communities:
- advice and assistance
- education and training
- economic/community development/employment
- organising programmes of physical education and other activities
- helping young people by developing their skill, capacities and make them independent
- prevention/relief of poverty
- general charitable purpose to help the poor and the needy
- religious activities
We engage with our local community mainly by organising events:
- Youth online lessons every Tuesday evening,
- Live lectures (in swahili) on YouTube every Wednesday,
- Dua Kumayl at our centre every Thursday,
- Quran recitation every Friday and Sunday
- Seasonal events
